It is a single variety organic EVOO from KOUTSOUROELIA or PATRINIA variety that is cultivated up to 300 m altitude so as the olive oil has a maximum acidity of 0,6 % and it is of high nutritional value .
Medium flavors of ripe olive fruits mixed with fresh cut grass , wild herbs, and olive leafs come to our nose as we are trying to taste it. When the olive oil reach our tongue and our palate we receive a harmonic balanced medium intensity bitterness and spicy elements.
There are two packagings. One with a clear glass bottle which it is included in a white cardboard gift box ( for those who want to enjoy the green color of the olive oil before they will taste it), and another more sustainable packaging with green full recycled glass with wood cap without cardboard outside.

Intense flavors of green olive fruits mixed with fresh cut grass , wild herbs, and olive leafs come to our nose as we are trying to taste it. When the olive oil reach our tongue and our palate we receive a balanced medium intensity bitterness and spicy elements.

In altitude 500- 700 m wild olive trees are cultivated in a terroir that we try to simulate with the one of the Ancient Greece. That is not much of rainfall, low air humidity and climate conditions that do not require healing operations against insects or diseases . The result of the above combined with the early crop , is a high quality wild olive oil with high polyfhenol content , a true cure for our health.
We are waiting for our first crop so as we can enjoy sharing with you.

It is a multi variety organic EVOO mainly from the varieties Koutsouroelia and Koroneiki and some others that are planted in minor quantities in Aegialia district.
